What’s up! I’m Jake Remmert, a coach with Data Driven Strength. I’ve spent nearly a decade learning everything I possibly can about the science of training and nutrition and how they interrelate to lead to the best possible outcomes over all timescales. This has led me to graduate school, a career in coaching and exercise science education, and most recently - this course.
